1. As scholars from different countries take part in the Science and Advisory Board and all the papers in the congress will be evaluated by double blind reviews, the congress has an international character.
2. The congress will be held online and the access information will be announced with the congress program.
3. Participation in the congress is free. No fee will be charged.
4. A certificate of participation will be offered to the participants who successfully presented their papers. All the presented papers will be published in the proceedings book.
5. Important dates are available under the relevant tab of the web page.
6. Papers only in Turkish or English are welcomed.
7. You can attend the congress by sending the application form to the related e-mail (guvenlikkongresi@hitit.edu.tr).
8. An informational response will be sent as soon as possible for the applications.
9. All the related places in the application form should be filled in completely.
10. Papers should be between 250-500 words.
11. Papers should be justified and written with Times New Roman, 12 font size. Papers should include 1.5-line spacing, with 0 pt. before and 6 pt. after. There is no need to leave a paragraph indent.
12. Titles should be written in capital letters, bold and 12 font size.
13. The names, titles, institutional information and e-mails of each participant should be written centered under the title of the paper.
14. All quotations are preferred as APA 7, but it is optional.
15. All the papers in the congress will be evaluated by double blind reviews. The papers should not be submitted simultaneously to any other places, nor may they have been previously published elsewhere. The responsibility in this regard belongs to the authors.
